Chicken Seekh Kabab Masala is an Indian Dish which is a little spicy and tangy in taste. It is very easy to cook and can be made in 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
1. Chicken Seekh Kabab- Raw (500gms)
2. Tomatoes (3-4)
3. Red Chilli Powder
4. Salt
5.Garam Masala
6. Coriander Powder
7. Turmeric Powder
8. Jeera
Method:
Take the raw chicken seekh kabab and cut it into pieces. Switch on the gas, place a fry pan on it and put some oil in it (4-5 teaspoons). Let the oil heat and then put the pieces of chicken seekh kabab and fry it it till golden brown. Take out the chicken seekh kabab in a bowl. Put some jeera in the oil and then put grated tomatoes. Add salt to taste, 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder and stir well. After the masala gets a little brown, add the fried chicken seekh kabab pieces that were kept in a bowl. Mix them well. Garnish it with coriander leaves. If you want want to make it a little less spicy, then reduce the amount of red chilli powder and garam masala. Serves 3-4.
