Chicken Seekh Kabab Masala

Chicken Seekh Kabab Masala is an Indian Dish which is a little spicy and tangy in taste. It is very easy to cook and can be made in 15 minutes.

   Ingredients:

1. Chicken Seekh Kabab- Raw (500gms)
2. Tomatoes (3-4)
3. Red Chilli Powder
4. Salt
5.Garam Masala
6. Coriander Powder
7. Turmeric Powder
8. Jeera

  Method:

Take the raw chicken seekh kabab and cut it into pieces. Switch on the gas, place a fry pan on it and put some oil in it (4-5 teaspoons). Let the oil heat and then put the pieces of chicken seekh kabab and fry it it till golden brown. Take out the chicken seekh kabab in a bowl. Put some jeera in the oil and then put grated tomatoes. Add salt to taste, 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder and stir well. After the masala gets a little brown, add the fried chicken seekh kabab pieces that were kept in a bowl. Mix them well. Garnish it with coriander leaves. If you want want to make it a little less spicy, then reduce the amount of red chilli powder and garam masala. Serves 3-4.

Pav Bhaaji

Pav Bhaaji is the most famous dish of mumbai and is also famous in other parts of the country. We can easily make delicious pav bhaaji in our home with this simple receipe.
Ingredients:
1. Potatoes(3-4)
2. Tomatoes(3-4)
3. Beans
4. Pumpkin(half)
5. Orange Carrot(2)
6. Green Peas(little bit)
7. Pav Bhaaji Masala(Everest)
8. Salt and Red Chilli Powder
Method:
Cut all the vegetables and boil them in the cooker. Make the tomato puree in a mixer. Heat butter in a pan and add the tomato puree. Add all the spices. cook the pure until it gets a little brownish. On the other hand, grind the boiled vegetables into the mixer. Then add them to the cooked puree and stir well. Let it cook for another 5-10 minutes on the gas. Garnish it with butter, coriander leaves and onion rings. Eat it with buttered pav.

Handi Meat

Handi Meat is a main course gravy dish which is a little spicy and can be eaten with tandoori roti or steamed rice. It is a mughlai dish and is very famous in pakistan. It is gaining popularity in india also.
Ingredients:
1. Boneless Mutton Pieces(half kg)
2. Tomatoes-4or5
3. Onions-2
4. Red chilli powder
5. Turmeric powder
6. Salt
7. Saffron
8. Garlic(4 pieces)
Procedure:
Take the mutton pieces and coat it with curd and lemon juice. Leave it aside for 20 minutes so that it gets marinated well.
Cut the onions and tomatoes into big pieces and peel of the garlic. Put them into mixer grinder and grind it into a paste. Heat the oil in the cooker and put the grounded paste into it. Add salt.red chilli powder,garam masala,turmeric powder and stir well. Cook it till it gets golden brown. To make it faster, put on the cooker lid and wait for 2 whistles. Open the lid as soon as the steam resides. Add the marinated mutton pieces to it and mix well.

Cook it for 15 minutes with the lid open so that it gets roasted a liitle bit. After that, put on the lid and simmer the gas. Leave it for 20 minutes so that the mutton gets soft and juicy. Open the lid and put saffron on it for the aroma. Garnish it with pudina and coriander leaves.

Brownie Cake Receipe

 Brownie cake is a very delicious dessert and is loved by the kids especially. Dark choclate which is the main ingredient of this cake is very good for health and boosts our immune system.
Ingredients:
1. Brown Bread slices (4-5)
2. Dark choclate (500 gms)
3. Sugar (4 teaspoons)
4. Baking powder
5. Eggs (optional)
6. Milk
7. Cornflour.
Method:
Take the brown bread slices and soak them in milk. Add sugar, eggs, baking powder, cornflour in the soaked brown bread and grind them in a mixer. In another utensil, melt dark choclate and add some milk to it while melting it so that it doesn't get too sticky.
In a microwave bowl, put the mixture that we have grinded and add the melted dark choclate as well. Put it in the microwave and bake it for 4-5 minutes.
Icing on the cake:
Melt some dark choclate and spread it over the baked hot cake. You can also place strawberries on it or some choclate flakes.
You can also eat it afer cooling it in a refrigerator.

Indian Pasta Receipe

Pasta is the most popular dish of Italy. In India also , it is gaining popularity.
It is made from dough of wheat or suji. Pastas are of various types such as sphaghetti , penne, fusilli, lasagne. It is good for health as it does not contain fat.
Ingredients:
1. one packet of pasta
2. Onions(2-3)
3. Tomatoes(3-4)
4. Oregano                                                              
5. Chilli Sauce
6. Garam masala
7. Salt
8. Red chilli powder
9. Dry coriander powder
10. Milk.
Method:
Boil the Pasta for 5-8 minutes and after that, drain the execess water. In a frying pan, heat refined oil and add chopped onions in it. Saute the onions till golden brown.
Add the grated tomatoes and stir it. Then put salt to taste, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon dry coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder and stir it.
Now add half cup milk and stir it. After 3-4 minutes, add the boiled pasta into the gravy and mix them well. Put some chilli sauce in it to make it spicy .
Switch off the gas. Garnish it with oregano and coriander leaves.
